Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every order. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research compounds, our refund policy is as follows.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the stated specification, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
2. Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within 14 business days of the dispatch confirmation, contact us. We will investigate with the courier and issue a full refund or resend the order at no cost.
3. Returns
Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive research compounds, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been dispatched. Unopened orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full with no fees. To cancel, email info@ukscience.online as soon as possible.
6. Exclusions
Refunds are not available for orders where the product was stored contrary to the provided storage instructions (-20C lyophilized, 2–8C reconstituted), or for orders more than 14 days after delivery without prior notification.
