Shipping Information

We dispatch all orders from our UK facilities with tracked, temperature-controlled packaging. Below is what to expect.
1. Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from dispatch. Remote destinations may take slightly longer.
3. Packaging
All shipments use insulated cold-chain packaging with ice packs to maintain peptide stability. Type 1 glass vials with aluminium crimp seals ensure product integrity in transit.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the order is handed to the courier. You can follow your shipment at any time.
5. International Shipping
We ship to the EU and selected countries worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import compliance in their country.
6. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or the order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
