Science
CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a synthetic GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) analog with 30 amino acids. It stimulates the anterior pituitary to release growth hormone in a pulsatile manner, mimicking natural GH release patterns. The modified version has enhanced stability against enzymatic degradation, extending its half-life to approximately 30 minutes.
Benefits
Research
Research protocols typically use 100-300mcg administered subcutaneously 1-3 times daily, often before meals or sleep. Commonly stacked with Ipamorelin at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio. Cycles of 8-12 weeks.
Stability
Store lyophilized powder at -20°C. Reconstituted solution stable at 2-8°C for up to 30 days. Protect from light.
Safety
Generally well-tolerated. Reported effects include water retention, injection site reactions, mild headache, and flushing. Does not significantly affect cortisol or prolactin levels.
