Science
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide and selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) that stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH) by binding to ghrelin receptors (GHS-R1a). Unlike other GHRPs, it does not significantly increase cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH, making it one of the cleanest GHRPs available for research.
Benefits
Research
Research protocols typically use 100-300mcg administered subcutaneously 1-3 times daily. Often studied in combination with CJC-1295 for synergistic GH release. Cycles of 8-12 weeks are common in research settings.

Stability
Store lyophilized powder at -20°C. Reconstituted solution stable at 2-8°C for up to 30 days. Protect from light and heat.
Safety
Generally well-tolerated in research settings. Reported effects include mild headache, increased hunger (ghrelin-mediated), water retention, and flushing. No significant cortisol elevation observed.
